Refund policy

 Return and exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged or used items are not eligible.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the fee depends on the delivery location.

Refunds are processed via InstaPay, mobile wallet, or bank transfer and may take up to 10 business days.

For sizing, please check our Size Guide or DM us for assistance. We do not ship multiple sizes for comparison.

For safety reasons, packages cannot be opened or tried on while the courier is waiting.
